What is the newbold blues festival?

The Newbold Blues Festival is a music, BBQ, and craft beer street party​ that celebrates our Newbold neighborhood. This year's festival will feature 4 diverse restaurants, 4 Newbold-based craft breweries and a distillery, 5 live music shows, and local vendors. Entry to the festival is free--just pay for food and drinks!

How The Blues Festival Benefits the Community

The Newbold Blues Festival is a project of the Newbold Community Development Corporation (CDC), a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization which promotes the revitalization of the Newbold community. The proceeds from the Festival support the Newbold CDC's South Philly Green community greening infrastructure program.
